Please note that this is not a defect; it applies to all Kodak EasyShare M530 models. When the manufacturer programmed the M530, they hardcoded a calendar limit that ends on December 31, 2025. Because the firmware cannot recognize 2026 or beyond—and the manufacturer no longer issues software updates—time has officially stopped for this vintage model.
