Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We understand that there are times that you may need to return an item and therefore we offer a 14 Day Returns Policy after delivery for all of our items (except Film, Items Sold AS-IS, Custom/Personalized Items, Expired Items (if applicable), and other items where it states NO Returns on the listing).
In an effort to provide a good customer experience we diligently check everything prior to shipping to make sure everything is in order and take great pride in getting orders out to you safely and as expeditiously as possible. When you receive your order, please examine it carefully to make sure that it is as described on the listing and if there are any issues with the order to please contact us right away so that we can find a resolution.
Returns are accepted within 14-Days of Delivery on all items except Film, Items Sold AS-IS, Custom/Personalized Items, Expired Items (if applicable), and other items where it states NO Returns on the listing. Buyer pays for Return Shipping; Original Shipping is NON-Refundable. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for returns. Please understand that It gives us no pleasure to assess restocking fees but as a small business that strives to provide the lowest prices it helps cover our costs for testing, cleaning, re-listing our products for sale. All returned items must me in the SAME condition with all of their supplied accessories/packaging/etc with their Unique Serial # (if applicable) as they were when they were shipped without signs of mishandling (for example: Water Damage, Impact Damage, Sand Damage, or Other Signs of Neglect.) We reserve the right to refuse and/or charge higher restocking fees for such returns at our discretion if the above conditions are not met.
Please note: We Don't Accept Returns on Film, Items Sold "AS-IS", Custom/ Personalized Items, Expired Items (if applicable), or Other Items were it states NO Returns on the listing.
Starting a Return & Sending the Order Back for a Refund.
To initiate a Return, simply contact us using the contact us page. Please provide us with your order # and reason for return. Upon approval an RMA # will be issued with instructions on how to send back your order.
When Returning an item, please package returns securely and with care with sufficient packaging materials to avoid any damage in shipping. If an item is damaged during return transit due to inadequate packaging, the return will NOT be accepted, and the item will be returned to you without a refund.
Please Note: All returns are inspected and tested. If a claimed defect is found to be inaccurate upon inspection, the item will be returned to you at your expense without issuing a refund so please be transparent with us.
Once your return has been received and processed, the refund will go back to the original method of payment. Please note: Refund times vary depending on the terms and conditions of your bank.
