Refund policy

Please note: Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned electronics, we typically don't accept any returns and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

With that said, as a show of Good Faith, we offer a 7-Day Seller Warranty for all pre-owned cameras and electronics. (Note: This seller warranty DOES NOT APPLY to film, items sold AS-IS, custom/personalized items, expired items, or any other items where it states "No Returns / Final Sale" on the listing.)

If you have received a defective product or an item that is not as described, please let us know within 7 days of delivery (or within 7 days of in-store purchase) and we will help get a return initiated for you.

Important Terms:

• Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Condition: The item must be in the same condition as when it was shipped, complete with all supplied accessories, packaging, and unique serial numbers (if applicable). It must not be tampered with and must show no signs of mishandling (for example: water damage, impact damage, sand damage, or other signs of neglect).

• Refusals & Fees: We reserve the right to refuse a return and/or charge restocking fees at our discretion if the above conditions are not met.
