If you have received a defective product or an item that is not as described, please let us know within 7 days of delivery (or within 7 days of in-store purchase), and we will help get a return initiated for you. Please note: Buyers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable for shipped orders. The item must be in the same condition as when it was shipped, complete with all supplied accessories, packaging, and unique serial numbers (if applicable). It must not be tampered with and must show no signs of mishandling (for example: water damage, impact damage, sand damage, or other signs of neglect).
